意大利留学签证7月至8月正是申请的高峰期。建议准留学生在收到大学录取通知书后尽早申请签证，要习惯提前做好每一件事，避免意外情况。VFSGlobal签证申请中心的申请指南，供您参考。

STEP 1 确定签证类型
签证类型：选择“学习”。（按照停留意大利的时间短于或长于90天，个人申请者可申请短期或长期签证）

Type of visa: Select “Study”. (Individual applicants can apply for a short or long term visa depending on the length of stay in Italy for less than or more than 90 days)

签证费用：学习签证90天内免费，90天以上￥370。

Visa FEE: FREE within 90 days and ￥370 for more than 90 days.

所需资料：

1、需购买旅行保险。

2、学习签证申请核对表，包括大学预注册、除大学预注册、马可波罗图兰朵、职业培训或实习、研究（90天以上或90天以内），本科以上等学习核对表。

3、住宿证明。必须是原件，不接受复印件或者”PEC”发送的邮件。

STEP 2 开始申请
根据指引下载、填写和打印签证申请表。

Download, complete and print the visa application form according to the guidelines.

STEP 3 预约
在前往签证中心前，建议在官网进行预约，并按照约定时间前往签证申请中心进行生物信息采集。即使是以家庭或团队形式提交了签证申请，也需要单独进行预约。

Before going to the visa center, you are advised to make an appointment on the official website and go to the visa application center at the agreed time to collect biological information. Even if you are submitting a visa application as a family or group, you will need to make a separate appointment.

STEP 4 支付费用
前往申请中心进行费用缴纳。

STEP 5 访问签证中心
请本人前往申请中心递交材料。

申请人如果申请签证选择委托代理人递交材料，申请时必须提供由申请人签署的委托书原件，内容需要包括代理人的名字及联系方式；另需提交代理人在职证明原件及身份证复印件，并出示身份证原件。

If the applicant applies for a visa and chooses an authorized agent to submit materials, the original letter of authorization signed by the applicant must be provided during the application, including the name and contact information of the agent; In addition, the original copy of the agent’s in-service certificate and ID card should be submitted, and the original ID card should be presented.

递交申请当天，还须注意尽量在预约时间之前15 分钟抵达等。如果错过预约，只能在原定预约时间的24小时后重新预约。若无生物识别信息，签证申请将不予处理，有些情况可无需提交生物特征信息（指纹）。

On the day of submission, you should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If an appointment is missed, it can only be rescheduled 24 hours after the original appointment time. Visa applications will not be processed without biometric information, and in some cases biometric information (fingerprints) may not be required.

STEP 6 追踪申请进度
可以在线追踪签证申请的实时进度，当签证受理结果送回签证申请中心时，工作人员将会通过邮件或短信通知申请人领取签证结果。

The real-time progress of visa application can be tracked online. When the result is returned to the visa application center, the staff will inform the applicant to collect the result via email or message.

STEP 7 领取签证
收到邮件通知后，请携带相关票据和身份证前往签证申请中心领取签证；如果无法前往签证中心，也可以委托他人前来领取（需要出示本人签署的授权书、相关票据和代领人的身份证）；另外，签证申请中心也提供快递服务，可将签证邮寄到家中。

受到中意两国官方承认的留学途径有以下两种：

计划生：包括两个计划，一是图兰朵计划（申请意大利高等艺术院校）和马可波罗计划（申请意大利综合性大学），均包含学士学位和硕士学位，且无需意大利语等级证书，签证通过率高几乎百分百。此外，入学要求通过语言考试，以及个别专业的专业入学考试。

国际生：常规申请，对所有外国学生开放。

图兰朵计划申请要求

有一定的美术、音乐和相关艺术专业的专业功底，均需提供相关作品或作品集。

学士：高中毕业或以上，高中阶段学习成绩优秀；高考成绩达到380分以上（满分750分）；艺术类学生可以提供高考和专业课考试的总成绩；提供会考成绩（如果该省份没有组织会考可以不提供）；具有一定的意大利语水平；符合所申请专业要求的其他条件。
